Our production consists of some medium to high-tech machinery and equipment along with very specialized workmanship skills. Most of the equipment that we utilize is imported and we have a team of qualified engineers and technicians who overlook all of the processes in our production line. Our products are manufactured based on the best industry practices and are checked regularly to ensure a firm adherence to quality and efficiency.
Our Processes
At our facility, we perform all sorts of processes to produce surgical and orthodontic instruments. Some of these processes include: trimming, annealing, milling, fitting, filing, grinding, assembling, cleaning, polishing, stamping, labelling and packaging.
Equipment & Tools
We use some of the most advanced equipment in our production line. We do this to ensure precision and quality for all our instruments. Some of the equipment that we utilize at our facility includes: CNC wire cut machines, sand blasting machines, induction-heating machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines, sharpening and honing machines, milling machines, and a passivation plant.
Quality & Control
Inspection is performed at different stages to ensure quality. Visual inspection is performed to check for pets or cracks. This is usually done by some sort of measuring gauge. The surface quality, finish, and evenness is also checked at various stages of the production line. Lastly, the functionality and accuracy of the instrument is checked manually before it is sent off for packaging.
